Our basic tour with a certified battlefield guide is 2 1/2 hours. Walk-up service is available but a guide cannot be guaranteed. To guarantee a guide, make a reservation in advance of your visit to Antietam.

You may schedule a tour during park operating hours (daylight-dusk). Walk-up service is available but a guide cannot be guaranteed. To guarantee a guide, make a reservation ahead of time. Bike Tours are a minimum of 3 hours in length and can easily extend longer. Please note that with bike tours, the guide with accompany you on bike for the first part of the field, than some guides then take the option to finish the bike tour at the Sunken Road.

A guide can be booked online, during checkout choose "No shipping for Tour/Donation/or Antietam Partner" as your shipping method. The shipping information page includes a space to fill in the date and time of your tour.

Your guide will drive your vehicle during the tour so please allow one seat open.

If a tour group arrives more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the tour guide may choose to leave. If this occurs, there will not be a refund.

Extended tours are charged by each additional half-hour. To book an extended tour (three hours or longer), please request how long a tour you wish to have in the "Comments" section on the order form.

Tour Prices:

1-10 people: $75 per 2 1/2 hour

11-29 people: $120 per 2 1/2 hour

30+ people: $150 per 2 1/2 hour

Fees for additional time past the 2.5 hour tour:

1-10 people: $ 10 per 1/2 hour

11-29 people: $ 20 per 1/2 hour

30+ people: $ 30 per 1/2 hour

Day Rates*:

1-10 people, 6 hours: $200

1-10 people, 8 hours: $250

11+ people, 6 hours: $300

11+ people, 8 hours: $350

*Any tour that is longer than 4 hours will be charged based on a Day Rate.
