The large photo shows the back of the t-shirt. It features a battle scene at the Burnside Bridge, originally printed in 1888 by the artistic team of Kurz and Allison. This scene was one of 36 prints depicting the U.S. Civil War using chromolithography. Although the battle scene itself is inaccurate, it has become a classic.

The small photo shows the front of the t-shirt. The front left chest of the shirt has the text "ANTIETAM National Battlefield" and "Sharpsburg, MD".
